This is so beautiful. I really enjoyed reading this. Actually read it twice. Deborah, you seem to be cat lover. I also love cats. But never had a chance to bond over with any of them. A human-cat bond is always special. But I never knew it’s more than petting & cuddling. And a sudden disappearance of a cat can break someones heart. Really sad to know that boots-bubba disappeared suddenly.
